Returns

For returns, your item must be unused and in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

To return an item, we need you to provide a receipt or proof of purchase and then email it to service@sexylingeriehotsale.com. We will inform you of the refund and return process after receiving your email.

If approved, we will process your refund and automatically return the funds to your credit card or original payment method within the applicable refund period stipulated by your bank.

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. Refunds may take some time to be credited to your account.

Next, contact your bank. Refunds usually take some processing time.

If you have completed all the above steps but still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate equal to the refund amount. We will mail the gift certificate to you upon receiving the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the giver shipped the order to themselves and then forwarded it to you, we will refund the giver, who will be notified of your return.

Returns
